The UK’s best rooftop bars and outdoor terraces to visit now and throughout the summer Wine News

Rooftop bars and outdoor terraces reopened on April 12, as well as pub gardens, and now even larger groups can gather outside after restrictions were relaxed on May 17.

The rule of six has been lifted outdoors for pubs and restaurants, meaning people can gather in groups of no more than 30 in beer gardens or for an al fresco dinner.

Hospitality is now also allowed to open indoors, with groups of up to six people or two households of up to 10 people allowed to drink and dine together.

But with hopefully sunnier weather along the way, it could be the perfect opportunity to have a drink with friends while taking in the stunning views.

To help you narrow your search, here are 18 of the best places in the country to have a drink in the great outdoors.
