A well-known pizzeria in Bath has temporarily closed after a fire.
Dough Pizza down the hall in Bath had a “little kitchen fire” yesterday (May 22).
The restaurant said it may need to be closed for up to a week while repairs are done.
In a tweet, they said: “We are very sad to say that we had a small kitchen fire in our Corridor restaurant and had to close with immediate effect.
“It will probably take at least a week to repair the damage.”
“We are in the process of contacting our reservations, so please indulge us.”

Responding to the news on Twitter, locals said it was a “horrible event” but very hard at the moment because of the covid.
Twitter user @Thribbulous said: “Saw it from the Lionheart. A horrible event anytime, but right now it’s really tough.
“Glad everyone is doing well, hope you will be up and running again very soon.”
The restaurant is popular with locals for its authentic pizzas and friendly customer service.
TripAdvisor rates the pizza place 4.5 stars and a recent review said it was a “wonderful find”.
Another said there was “fantastic service, great pizza”.
