Man found with serious head injuries near Paulton calls police Bath City News

A man in his 40s found with serious head injuries prompted a police call.

Emergency services discovered the injured man in the head between Farrington Gurney and Paulton in the early hours of Sunday, May 30.

The man was taken to hospital where he remains in serious condition.

Officers say they have no reason to believe the circumstances were suspicious, although they are keeping an open mind on how his injuries occurred.

Avon and Somerset Police said: “The man’s family have been notified and are offered support; however, we would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed what happened to him or who has him. saw before sustaining his injuries.

“It is believed to have been picked up by a white BMW from The Lamb Inn, Paulton just before midnight and we wish to speak to the driver.”
