Perrie Edwards gathered with friends and family on Saturday for a party to celebrate her pregnancy.
The first-time mom-to-be and the Little Mix star announced her pregnancy last month when she shared photos of herself and the other half of footballer Alex Oxlaide-Chamberlain holding her baby bump.
She captioned the black and white photos: “So happy to be on this wild trip with my soul mate
“Me + Him = You
“We can’t wait to meet you baby Ox!”
And it looks like Perrie and Alex were set to share the gender of their first child with loved ones, as their pink and blue accessories were on display in the photos of her baby shower that South Shields star Perrie shared on her Instagram story on Saturday afternoon.

One of the elaborate displays featured blue balloons, but a striking cake, topped with the words “Oh Baby,” featured pink roses.
Another photo Perrie shared with her Insta story saw a white balloon adorned with the words Baby Ox in gold writing.
If Perrie follows in the footsteps of many other expectant parents, it could be what was inside that balloon that revealed all about the baby’s gender.
In addition to the balloons, Perrie posted a slew of snapshots of super tasty Star Grazing sharing boards, with cold cuts, olives, cheese and baked pastries dotting the pretty plates.
Another platter was covered with strawberries, oranges, lemons, kiwis, grapes, passion fruit and blackberries.
Earlier this week, Perrie, who first rose to prominence on The X Factor in 2011 when she was named in future Little Mix winners, received a string of positive reviews for photos she took. shared of herself showing off her growing bump in the sun.
Liverpool boyfriend and player Alex responded with a series of eye emojis as former Geordie Shore star and I’m A Celebrity winner Vicky Pattison commented: “BABE”.
One fan told her: “You are amazing” and, in firm agreement, another wrote: “You are radiant”
