They include a new lip spoiler with enlarged cooling ducts at the base of the redesigned front bumper; a modified roof spoiler with new carbon fiber wing elements; and a wider 25mm rear spoiler that would provide the Turbo GT with an additional 40kg of downforce at its electronically limited top speed of 186 mph when fully deployed from the tailgate. In addition, the exterior mirror caps and the lower part of the rear diffuser are made of carbon fiber, while the dual tailpipes come out in the center to improve air circulation under the car.

The Cayenne Turbo GT also gets 22-inch wheels, which are 10.5 inches wide at the front and 11.5 inches wide at the rear and are finished in either gold or black. They come standard with Pirelli P Zero Corsa performance tires with a 285/35 profile up front and 315/30 rear, which Porsche says were designed specifically for the new model.

Interior stitching and seat belts are available in gold or gray, while new accents in Alcantara hint at the performance aspirations of the new variant.

The Turbo GT is the first Cayenne to receive Porsche’s new PCM 6.0 communications system, which brings enhanced functions for infotainment, including compatibility with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard.

Power for the Turbo GT comes from a reworked version of Porsche’s 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 petrol engine. It gains 89 hp and 52 lb-ft more over the standard Turbo, developing 631 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. That puts it just behind the 670bhp Cayenne Turbo S E-Hybrid in the range in terms of power.
