He is arguably the most popular man in England right now and is only one game away from bringing home football.
But even that might not be as fantastic as Gareth Southgate’s own home.
That’s because the 50-year-old English manager lives in a magnificent Grade I listed mansion in North Yorkshire, ExaminerLive reports.

The lavish 16th-century father-of-two home – known as Swinsty Hall – also has a separate cottage in its expansive grounds, located next to a charming reservoir known for its fly and big game fishing .
Gareth also expressed his love for Yorkshire County, where he moved in the early 2000s while playing for Middlesbrough.
In an interview with Welcome to Yorkshire in 2019, Gareth said he enjoys visiting Sheffield, Hull and York and taking his two dogs for walks in the Yorkshire Dales and, in particular, Bolton Abbey.
When asked what he loved so much about the county, he said: “The people and their hardworking attitude, no nonsense, good values, honesty and humility that really shines through. I join in. I also like to get away from matches, in the peace of living in the countryside and being able to clear my head. “

An avid cricketer, he also backed Yorkshire’s claim to be ‘the homeland of cricket’ over the Lords and declared his love for Betty’s tearooms in Harrogate, saying ‘a big rascal is my favorite “.
He said, “It’s an institution and if I tell anyone about Harrogate that’s the first thing he mentions.
The lifestyle is a far cry from his childhood home in Crawley, where his bedroom once faced a street of similar tightly-knit houses.
Gareth attended the nearby Hazelwick School, where he graduated nine O levels and joined Crystal Palace football academy.
This is where his love for football shone and where he honed his first experience as a leader by commanding most of the matches he attended.

Gareth’s former sales assistant Alison’s former wife has been instrumental in making sure he doesn’t forget his humble beginnings.
Every year, Alison asks Gareth to donate to the Wild At Heart Foundation animal charity for her birthday. The couple are also huge supporters of the Born Free Foundation – a wildlife charity.
The couple also adore the parents of daughter Mia, 19, and son Flynn, 15.
In addition to his hard work on and off the pitch, Gareth is also known to be something of a style icon after starting a waistcoat trend at the World Cup in 2018.
Although he’s now ditched the look, his wardrobe staple sparked a significant 35% increase in waistcoat sales at the time.
England face Italy in the Euro 2020 final on Sunday at 8 p.m.
