Sarah Beeny’s new real estate show Little House Big Plans is coming to Channel 4 Bath City News

Sarah Beeny will host a new real estate show on Channel 4 called Little House, Big Plans.

The TV star has just come off her hit New Life in the Country, which saw her family move from London to build a house from scratch on their newly purchased dairy farm near Bruton.

The eight-part series followed the family through the careful planning process to the final stages where the scaffolding was taken down outside their “mini Downton Abbey” home.

The new property fair will see Sarah placed alongside architect Damion Burrows for a series showcasing tiny houses across the UK.

The series will feature tiny homes across the UK, speaking with homeowners who have elaborate expansion plans.

In six-hour episodes, Sarah and Damion will follow renovations and show how even those on a tight budget can make the most of a small space.

The Crackit Productions series will air later this year and will also feature a number of up-and-coming UK architects.

Elaine Hackett, CEO of Crackit, said: “Having been locked up for over 15 months, who is not fed up with staring at the same space and dreaming of pushing back walls.

“Sarah has been in the home improvement business for over 20 years, and there’s no better person to help us make our small places bigger.

Alongside Damion’s expert eye for design, this series not only captures awesome stories and personal journeys, but also ensures that we, the audience, remove the secrets and tools that will allow us to transform our own spaces.
