Tesco stores in Sheffield will operate at their normal hours on Friday and Saturday, 6 a.m. to midnight for Superstores and Extras, as well as 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. for most Express stores.

However, the Express store on West Street opens at 7:30 a.m. and stays open until midnight, and the Express store on Barnsley Road opens from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

On Sunday, Superstores like Abbeydale Road and Infirmary Road will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Extras like Savile Street will be open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Express stores will generally be open at their regular hours – 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (or 6:00 a.m. for the Barnsley Road store), but the West Street Tesco Express in the city center will operate at slightly different times. It will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.

On Bank Holidays, most Tesco Express stores will have their regular hours of operation, but the West Street store will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Superstores and Extras will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Aldi will be open at its usual hours in Sheffield on Fridays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

It will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sundays and bank holidays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

There are a number of Aldi stores in Sheffield including St Mary’s Gate and Handsworth Road.

Asda in Sheffield (including the Walkley and Queens Road sites) will be open as usual on Friday and Saturday – the Handsworth store is open 24 hours a day and smaller stores are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Other stores, such as the one on Chaucer Road, will be open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The stores will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday and from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on bank holiday Monday.

Sainsbury’s department stores in Sheffield will be open as usual on Friday and Saturday – 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., then 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.

The store on The Moor is open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, including Bank Holiday Mondays, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

Most local stores are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., although some – like Gleadless and Crookes – open at 6.30 a.m.

They will be open normally all weekend, including Monday.
