OMG…what was that driver thinking?
When Bedfordshire Police Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology picked up the car from Church Lane, it was found to be uninsured.
But officers certainly got more than they bargained for when the driver revealed he had no insurance – they hadn’t had a license for MORE THAN THREE DECADES.
Needless to say the car was seized and the driver reported.
