A BMW driver has been fined for speeding in a BMW on the M23.
Richard Smiles has been ordered to pay a total of £640 by Brighton magistrates after he was caught driving over 70mph on the motorway in Crawley on July 13, 2021.
The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to the offence.
Smiles, of Browning Avenue, Bournemouth, was fined £500 and five points on his licence.
He will also have to pay £90 in court costs and an additional £50 to fund victim services.
