Customers may notice that some menu items may be served slightly differently due to issues with some missing ingredients.
A branch in Teesside saw customers being told the restaurant chain was running out of tomatoes.
The lack of tomatoes sees new menu items the Big Tasty and the Big Tasty with Bacon being affected with a single slice of tomato instead of the normal two.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said: ‘We are currently experiencing a shortage in our tomato supply.
Adding that they “apologize for any inconvenience and thank our customers for their patience. We are working hard to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.”
However, aside from the tomato chain issues, the full menu seems to work normally.
But tomatoes aren’t the only ingredient McDonald’s has been struggling with lately, as the brand was forced to remove the new Chicken Big Mac from the menu after selling out in just 10 days.
