New Greek island TV dating show looking for Brighton singles Brighton News

A NEW TV dating show is looking for Brighton singles to join.

Barefaced TV, the team behind Snog, Marry, Avoid, is calling on ‘open-minded’ people looking for love in and around the Brighton and Hove area to apply for a new show.

The programme, which will be shot on a Greek island, will take a “totally new approach to matchmaking”.

It will be broadcast on the international streaming service Discovery+.

“Barefaced TV hopes that lonely hearts who have had enough of Tinder’s endless scrolling and awkward first dates will sign up for the sunny new series, which will send twelve singletons to a Greek island in search of true love,” producers mentioned.

Those considering applying should be between the ages of 25 and 35 and “serious about finding lasting love”.

Rosie Bray and Lucy Golding, Creative Directors of Barefaced TV, said: “This series will be unlike any dating show we’ve seen before.

“If you’re single, open-minded, ready to find your chosen one, and a fan of some Greek sunshine, we’d love to hear from you.”

Barefaced TV is also part of the STV Studios family, which produces shows such as Catchphrase, Bridge of Lies and Murder Island.

To participate in the new series, send an e-mail to newdatingshow@stv.tv.

Applications close Friday, April 22.
