Channel 5’s new drama Compulsion follows a paramedic, Jenny, who, after surviving a tragedy, struggles with PTSD and falls into gambling addiction.
Jenny soon begins to hide her pain from her husband Chris, her best friend Alison, and her daughter Rosie.
When Jenny returns to work, she faces a public meltdown but is helped by stranger Sasha who bonds and shares her secrets with.
The series is written and created by Sarah Deane who has worked on a number of hit shows including Broken with Sean Bean, Clink, Moving On and more.
