Camden Town Brewery launches Ice Cream Vanilla Lager at Sainsbury’s and Morrisons UK News

Camden Town Brewery has launched an ice cream flavored lager just in time for summer.

If you’re a fan of ice cream and a cold lager in the warmer months, this combination might be just what you need to cool off.

Ice Cream Lager was originally launched last year as Arch55, the brewery’s innovative small-batch beer series, and as it proved to be a popular flavor, the brand decided to launch Ice Cream Vanilla Lager in 440ml can.

Fred Nesbitt, Head of Marketing at Camden Town Brewery, said: “There’s nothing better than enjoying an ice cream (and a beer) on a hot summer’s day, and at Camden Town Brewery we thought why not combine two of our favorite flavors?

“We were inspired by a summer classic, vanilla ice cream, to create our own Ice Cream Vanilla Lager.

“We know our new beer, with a larger 440ml can, is going to melt the hearts of lager lovers everywhere, so be sure to keep an eye out for its release in April.”

Camden Ice Cream Vanilla Lager is available to buy in individual units from Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and the Camden Town Brewery website for £3 per unit or £12 for a 4-pack.
