An update has been released on bridge repairs that have been causing traffic jams for almost a month.
Roadworks at Apex Corner, Edgware, caused major disruption to drivers after lane closures were introduced on and near the roundabout on May 10.
Repairs by Transport for London (TfL) to an A41 bridge crossing the M1 have sparked an angry response, with more than 2,500 people signing a petition calling for ‘traffic chaos’ to be resolved.

Minor changes to the duration of lane closures are thought to have been made over the weeks but that hasn’t stopped long delays on the A41, A1 and at Edgware, Mill Hill and further each day .
Councillors, MPs and residents have all expressed frustration at the disruption to TfL.
The transport body has now announced changes to the work program which means the A41 lane closures will end a week earlier than planned in July.
But the current traffic problems, particularly on the A1 from Borehamwood and Mill Hill to Apex Corner, are expected to continue.

The next phase of work, which will start on Monday June 13, will see one lane remain closed westbound on the A41 between Apex Corner and Oakmead Gardens. Lane closures will not be lifted until July 15.
This means the current lane closures are approaching and on Apex Corner will remain in place until July 15.
The current closure of the A41 eastbound from Stanmore is expected to be lifted by tomorrow (June 9).
However, the A41 will be closed in both directions between Apex Corner and Oakmead Gardens from 10pm on Friday 10th June until 5am on 13th June.
There will also be a complete eastbound closure on the A41 at the bridge where repairs are taking place between 10 p.m. Thursday June 9 and 5 a.m. the following morning.
Further complete westbound closures are scheduled between July 8-11 and July 15-18.
There will be night lane closures on the M1 between late July and early August.
