This is due to signal outages at Barking which are also creating serious delays to the rest of the Hammersmith & City line.
Additionally, the District line has no service between Ealing Broadway/Richmond – Tower Hill eastbound.
However, this is only in place when a faulty train is repaired at Gloucester Road.
Due to the suspension there are significant delays on the rest of the line, but tickets are accepted on London, c2c, South Western Railways and Elizabeth Line buses between Shenfield – Liverpool Street and Paddington – Ealing Broadway.
Elsewhere, the faulty Gloucester Road train is also creating serious delays on the Circle Line this morning.
