London Bridge station was evacuated this afternoon following reports of a suspicious object on a train.
Officers were called to the station at 12:33 p.m., which was closed as a precaution while specialist officers assessed the item.
The station was reopened at approximately 1:50 p.m. after the item was assessed as non-suspect.
Trains were prevented from stopping at the station for a period of time, instead of being stopped early or diverted.
