Laindon murder: Good Samaritan stabbed to death, Essex Police say | UK | New UK News

Four children aged 13 to 16 were arrested on suspicion of the man’s murder. The victim, who was in his thirties, died at the scene ofdespite the best efforts of the paramedics on Sunday night.

The five young people remain in detention while investigations continue.

A post mortem examination of the victim will be carried out today.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: ‘Overnight we made another arrest. A total of five teenagers were arrested for murder. All are still in detention.

“Our detectives worked tirelessly and through the night to establish what happened in the moments leading up to the murder and the attack itself.”
