A37 crash: police appeal after biker injured in crash Bath City News

Police appealed after a motorcyclist was injured in an A37 crash.

Officers were called to the busy stretch between Shepton Mallet and Lydford-on-Fosse at around 4:45 p.m. on Thursday, July 1.

They say the collision involved a motorcycle and a black Toyota Auris.

Police now want anyone with dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “The driver of the car, who had a ’63’ license plate, did not stop at the scene.

“The motorcyclist was taken to hospital for treatment after suffering a suspected wrist fracture.”

Anyone with information is urged to contact Avon and Somerset Police on 101 citing incident 5221147789.
