TWO men were taken to hospital after a chemical spill at an industrial site.
Emergency services attended the scene of Sovereign Water Works in Prince William Parade, Eastbourne on Tuesday August 24.
At least five police cars and two fire engines were photographed at the scene.
An East Sussex Fire and Rescue Engineering Rescue Unit was also pictured in the incident.
A Sussex Police spokesperson said the spill was limited to the site
They said there had been no evacuation from adjacent premises and no danger to the general public.
The matter was reported to the Health and Safety Directorate.
