The annual ceremony – known as the Razzies – ‘honors’ the worst movies, handing out gongs for what are seen as Hollywood’s low points of the year.
Diana the Musical, was released on Netflix in October last year, and the Razzies described the film as: “the royal mess all singing, all dancing, all awful”.
It earned a total of nine nominations in major categories and won accolades for Worst Picture, Worst Actress, Worst Supporting Actress, Worst Director, and Worst Screenplay.

In other categories, basketball star LeBron James won Worst Actor for his role in Space Jam: A New Legacy, which also received Worst Remake, Rip Off or Sequel and Worst Couple ‘screen.
Jared Leto received the Worst Supporting Actor award for his performance as Paolo Gucci in Ridley Scott’s House Of Gucci.
A new ‘special’ category has also been introduced at this year’s awards: Bruce Willis’ worst performance in a film of 2021.

The actor has competed eight times in the category for films including American Siege, Apex, Cosmic Sin, Deadlock and Out Of Death.
Meanwhile, Will Smith won the Razzie Redeemer Award for his performance in King Richard which saw him nominated for the Best Actor Oscar.
This award was given to people who have previously been nominated for Razzies but have shown improvement since being nominated.
