And two London pubs were able to win the acclaimed prize with The Oyster Shed and Blue Boar Pub both winning.
The Oyster Shed is a riverside bar and is known to be one of the best watering holes in town.
With plenty of space and wonderful panoramic views of the city and a mouth-watering menu that helped put the place on the list.
The Blue Boar Pub, located in Westminster, also earns a well-deserved spot on the list. This is a proper pub serving quality food as well as international beers and beers.
The pub even hosts special events every week, with live music every Thursday and a special Tree Planting and Bloody Mary event.
The National Pub & Bar Awards aim to put exemplary restaurant businesses across the UK in the national spotlight, showcasing the diversity, creativity and vital importance of the hospitality industry to the UK economy.
So far, the pubs selected have been shortlisted for nominations, with the awards ceremony taking place on Wednesday June 22, when winners will be announced for each category and region.
