Lego Harry Potter, Marvel and Star Wars Advent calendars for Christmas 2021 UK News

We know it’s too early to think about Christmas, but retailers insist on putting up their Christmas sticks earlier each year and Lego is no exception.

Advent calendars are one of the most popular ways to count the days until Christmas, and in recent years, alternative calendars featuring products such as alcohol and beauty products instead of the chocolate have exploded in popularity.

Lego is embarking on the Advent Calendar game once again, offering something a little different for those who may not have a sweet tooth – that’s what you need to know.

What’s on the Lego Advent Calendar?

As you might expect, each calendar door hides a piece of Lego instead of a piece of chocolate.

Lego ditched its advent calendars this week, and there are five new calendars to choose from:

  • Star Wars calendar, which includes Mandalorian-themed pieces like Baby Yoda, a Tusken Raider, and the Razor Crest
  • Marvel The Avengers calendar, which includes seven minifigures including Iron Man, Spider-Man and Black Widow
  • Harry Potter calendar, which includes the magical trio of Harry, Hermione and Ron
  • A Friends Calendar, which is not just friends, but simply a kit that includes five dolls – Andrea, Emma, Mia, Olivia and Stephanie
  • City calendar, which allows young people to build their own Lego city

Each calendar comes with 24 doors, and the number of pieces in each calendar can reach over 300.

Be aware that there is a limit to two calendars per household.

Lego says, “We are limiting the available purchase limit to a single household to ensure fairness for all of our fans.

“If you have already reached this limit on previous orders, your entire order may be canceled. ”

How much do they cost?

The cost of the Lego Advent Calendar depends on the calendar you buy – branded calendars like Marvel, Star Wars, and Harry Potter all cost £ 24.99, while Friends and Town calendars cost £ 19.99 .

You can get free standard deliveries of two to four working days for orders over £ 50, otherwise standard delivery costs £ 3.95. You can order express delivery, but this option costs £ 21.

For standard delivery, Lego says it should take between two and four business days to reach you, but you should allow your delivery an extra day to reach the following areas: Aberdeen, Isle of Man, Inverness, Kilmarnock, Kirkwall, Lerwick, Outer Hebrides, Paisley and Perth.

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to Lego for free within 90 days of receiving your package.

Where to buy an advent calendar?

All advent calendars are available for purchase from the Lego website.

You can also use the Lego website to check store availability of each item.

Under the ‘Add to Cart’ button, select ‘Check Store Stock’ and you can enter your city or zip code to find your nearest Lego store. It will then indicate to you the availability of stocks in this store.

Although the green check mark indicates that a store has a specific item, you should be aware that “items sell at variable rates and this does not guarantee that the item will remain in stock for an extended period of time”.
